Shipping policy
Each item has custom production times, production times are highlighted in the product description, under the "shipping & returns" dropdown section.
Domestic (USA) Orders: Standard shipping is $6.50 and generally takes about 1-4 business days.
Express Shipping is $25.49, with express shipping your order will be processed faster (production time cut in half) and will be delivered 1-2 days after shipment.
Non Domestic/ International Orders: All Canada orders are shipped with UPS, which takes 4-10 business days after shipment.
All UK orders are shipped with USPS, which takes 4-10 business days after shipment.
All other international orders are shipped with USPS, which takes 7-10 business days after shipment.
Once your order is shipped you'll be emailed via email or text with a tracking number.
DOMESTIC (USA) orders can be rushed! If you need your order by a specific date, please state the date in the "special instructions for seller" section at checkout. If the date is less than 8 business days away you'll need to purchase express shipping.
In the rare case that we can't get an order to you by the time you need it, we will alert you beforehand.
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as it is crucial for your order to be processed and shipped promptly. If your shipping address needs to be changed, contact us ASAP.
If the shipping address is incorrect, the package is automatically returned to us, you'll be contacted to correct the address and will have your order shipped again for a flat rate shipping fee of $6.50, this fee goes directly to UPS/USPS.
We are NOT liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. In the event of any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
